Drove up from MA to check out very clean 98 Road King. I like the Evo bikes because the motor is so dependable and easy to work on. I bought the bike on the spot. Had some registration concerns having never bought an out of state vehicle before and this bike being from NH was old enough not to need a NH title so it did not have one. I just new the MA DMV was not going to like that, and I was right. Freddie and Tanisa had given me their numbers in case I had an issue. I called Tanisa from the registry and within 5 minutes had the additional documentation in my email that my DMV needed to register and title the bike in MA. I got a great bike at a fair price from a non-pressure sales staff that are willing to help if there is an issue after the sale. Great experience.

I went to check out the shop to look at a bike and I ended up buying it. They do great work! No pressure sales team, clean showroom, friendly staff, overall a great experience. I highly recommend you stop by even if its just to check out all the awesome bikes they have in the showroom.

We purchased a slightly used Indian Scout from Steve and Freddie at Monarch Motorsports yesterday. Walking into the showroom was like entering an exclusive Harley dealership. Every single bike in that showroom looked brand new. They were not only like-new, but customized. Their detailers are top notch, as are the rest of the crew. They must have nearly a hundred beautiful units in-stock, all priced right. Steve was laid-back and knowledgeable, and Freddie seals the deal. We drove down from Augusta, Maine and left with a great deal. Its worth the trip just to look around, but dont be surprised if you leave on a great new bike, and a Monarch Motorsports tee shirt!

I will never buy from anyone else again. Their prices are fair and they are just great people to deal with. I see more people overpay for motorcycles all the time in Indiana. I drove all the way from Indianapolis In to Hampstead NH to trade my bike and I was not disappointed. They were fantastic people to deal with more importantly, they were honest. What you see in the photo's is what you will get. They were helpful in getting me back on the road and my Yamaha stratoliner is just like they said it was. Smooth and a blast to ride! I will be back in time or somebody I work with will purchase from them and they will not be disappointed.

Dominic helped me out more then I expected, I first went in last last year just before winter looking at stretched bikes he took down my number and said he would let me know if they got anything in for me. When spring came around I went back looking for a bike but this time it was for either a 883 or a street bike and again Dom helped me and this time we closed the deal on a 2007 883r I took it home today and I couldn't be happier. So as everyone is aware I bought a bike. What I need to share is the unbelievable customer service. Monarch Motorsports in Hampstead is by far the leader in sales todays market. Went down a week ago to look at another bike that was actually being loaded to onto a trailer when we pulled in. It was then where I met Freddie the owner who had a good laugh and proceeded to show me my new bike. We talked a bit no haglling over cost because he prices his bikes to move not to sit. Went to pick it up today and was greeted right away by him. All the little additions I had asked for were put on and then he made an amazing gesture. He saw how Alexas feet didnt reach the fllor boards and offered me a pair of raised pegs and mounts so she could rest her feet safetly. prob $400 worth of parts and installed them then loaded the bike and tied it down for me. Hands down the best sale I have ever had to deal with and I only hope my friends will go and visit him when they are shopping around.

Fred and the people at Monarch were great to work with. I will be back for the next bike as well. I got an almost new bike for a lot less than I have ever seen it at any dealer. Do not listen to the negative reviews. If you buy a motorcycle with 40,000 miles and it is 20 years old with a sign on it telling you it is "sold as is" and you decide to give them a 1 star review , that is just wrong. Out of the 100's of bikes I saw ,any of them that needed work were clearly marked

I want to say Dom and Fred were amazing. I purchased this bike from pictures as I am almost 1000 miles away. the bike is just as described. They were great with getting me any paperwork and documents the bank needed. when they sent the finalized documents to me they were exactly what I needed. no issues with the DMV getting my registration and tags. They also arranged the shipping. the Shipper they used was also great. I would highly recommend Monarch and their team.

This place is like a hidden jewel for all riders. They have something for everyone and every budget. Great staff and easy to work with.

These guys have great prices and friendly staff. Battery wasn't great so when I bought the 2014 Harley fat bob, they put a new battery in for free. They have a warranty but about 3 months after it expired I started getting error codes and the bike had trouble starting. I called the dealer and they told me to bring it in so they could look at it .they had it 2 or 3 days and they fixed everything .no more codes and the bike starts and runs great. When I asked them how much the repair cost, they said nothing! They fixed it up for me for free. That's what I call customer service. If you're looking to buy a bike, look here first. It's worth it. These guys will take care of you.
